These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pravasi website and its calculators (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Pravasi is a free set of calculators and guides for people relocating from India to the Netherlands — covering salary and Dutch tax, the 30% ruling, city comparisons, housing, budgeting, remittance, and a moving checklist. Every result is an estimate based on publicly available data and assumptions that may not reflect your specific situation.
Tax rules, the 30% ruling, immigration requirements, mortgage rules, and exchange rates change frequently and depend on individual circumstances. Pravasi does not provide financial, tax, legal, or immigration advice, and no result from the Service creates an advisor relationship. Before making decisions with financial or legal consequences, consult a qualified professional such as a Dutch tax adviser, immigration lawyer, or mortgage adviser. You are responsible for verifying any figure before you rely on it.
You can use the calculators without an account. If you choose to create one, sign in is by a one-time “magic link” sent to your email — there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account page.

We may suspend or remove access if the Service is misused in a way that harms Pravasi or other users.
Pravasi’s remittance page includes an affiliate link to Wise. If you open an account through that link, Pravasi may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you. We include it because we believe it is genuinely useful, but its presence is not an endorsement of any particular financial decision, and you should evaluate any service on its own merits.
The Pravasi name, design, written guides, and the calculators are owned by Pravasi. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial relocation planning. All other rights are reserved.
The Service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it relies on is current. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pravasi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including decisions made on the basis of its estimates. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
